Brief Specification Description:?In order to further enhance the coverage of public security monitoring in Nanhui New Town and improve the construction of Ping'an New City, monitoring rental services will be provided at more than 1700 locations within the jurisdiction of Nanhui New Town according to the monitoring needs of various communities. 二、申請人的資格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers(a)滿(mǎn)足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?(1) Suppliers who comply with Article 17 of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project; (2) This project does not allow subcontracting.
